Students can read a short text passage about a fall topic, learn new vocabulary, read added fun facts, and answer key comprehension questions. Also included are vocabulary pages for each FALL topic and a Think & Write page where students remember or check the text to find 3 facts learned, 2 exciting details, and one question she/he might still have about the topic. Students can practice finding evidence in the text to confirm and correct comprehension. Students will learn this reading strategy and read with conviction.

Learning the alphabet and recognizing letters for preschool and kindergarten children.
There are 95 cards with bright, bold, and colorful clip art. Task cards for early literacy instruction allow children to learn the letters of the alphabet and their sounds.
Children will also learn to recognize letters, match sounds, and identify objects that begin with the sounds. Practice for writing letters can also be very easily adapted to these task cards. Uppercase and lowercase alphabet letters are included. Task cards are in random alphabet order to confirm and hear the sounds of each letter; however, there is also a set of alphabet cards in ABC order. This resource includes 95 task cards to invite early literacy learners to recognize the letters and sounds of the alphabet.
